Love this easy-to-use tenderizer, for a homesteader, this device helps me quicken my duties as the cook of our home. Making my day easier by preparing our family food for the day along with preparing pre-prepped food for days to come. For being a smaller mom, this device was easy to assemble and use. Found a new favorite for my meats.

This meat tenderizer works well enough, but it is a struggle for thicker pieces of meat.

The media could not be loaded. Arrived quickly, well made.It is not adjustable 😞.....if you try to use a stake that is thiner the a quarter inch you need to fold the meat slice in half and feed it trough that way. Then they are cubed good enough. Obviously it is ideal for meat a quarter inch or a bit thicker. You need to improvise a bit.I'll update this later.

Exactly what I wanted

I was skeptical,but not wanting to pay more for our electric cuber,than we paid for our grinder,I tried this,works perfectly,I was doing deer meat,no way did I need to give it 2 passes thru! I should have took a picture,but didnt,buy it you won't be disappointed!

Doesn't tenderize and if the meat is more than 1/4" thick its gona get mangled. The tenderizer didn't grab the meat well to pull it through. Bought one with metal blades can run pork loin an inch thick through twice like nothing to make some tenderloins. Plastic parts just don't make sense here. Everything else is metal but the piece doing the work.

Use this to tenderize meat used to make chicken fried steak. Saves money at the grocery store and you're not dependent on the meat dept having tenderized round steak avail. I clamp it to a cutting board then clamp the board in a jawhorse and have at it.
