How do you keep the math on the calculator. Because when you close the lid it goes away. I want to know how to keep it there. So when I go back to do the check book it will still be there.

Works Great
I got this for a statistics class I am taking this semester and it really works great! I also play Magic The Gathering so the stylus board side works great for keeping track of things during the game.

Piece of junk
Its all plastic! The screen wont come on, you really have to push the buttons hard and then look to see if the #'s are right. Now talk about a pain. Im throwing mine in the trash. Not worth the money unless you want to fed your trash can.I would send it back if it didnt cost me 7.99 for pick up. I cant drive.

Notepad super handy
Though I have a calculator on my phone and computer, you can't beat having an actual stand-alone calculator! Its great to have actual buttons and the size and feel of these are perfect for me. I LOVE the scribble pad on the side too! I am constantly comparing prices or factoring something and its nice to have a scribble pad connected right there without having to also search out a pen and paper! The case is awesome and very durable! I decorated mine to help me remember which side was top because i kept wanting to open it upside down. Love the dual battery and solar power option because I dont always have enough light for my solar-only calculators but also I know the day will come that the battery is dead and the solar option will save the day. The pen is a little annoying to pull out and I have to scratch at it with a fingernail to get it out but that also means that it doesn't fall out accidentally! I love that you can lock your notes so you don't accidentally clear them out before you're done with them! I wish the notepad was on the other side because as a right-handed person I am constantly covering my notes with my hand while using it. Its not awful just minor annoying at times! Probably perfect for a lefty though! Just has slightly more than basic functions but that hasn't been an issue for my use. I keep it in my laptop bag, purse, and a backpack that all get beat up pretty good and its held up great with no wear or tear at all!

Why haven't I had one of these till now? So simple. So useable. A Brilliant Concept well done.
Do you ever find something online that you realize you've been looking for all your life?.Well this calculator is exactly what I need and what I have needed for decades.Sure you can do this stuff on a computer, but this is so simple and works the way I do, which is generally with a calculator and a notepad. But the notepad in this is built into it so you can't lose your notes and it is infinitely reusable. This is a nice large calculator with very big keys. It comes with a built-in stylus to write on the screen. The screen is very readable and reasonably sensitive to the stylus. There is a slide switch on the bottom that will lock the screen so that you can't accidentally lose what you've written down. Otherwise it will stay on the screen anyway. When you open the calculator the next time whatever you wrote there will be there. There's also a button to clear the screen and make a blank again.I have only had this thing a day and I have used it so many times. It is amazing. You could take a charge by solar, also runs on batteries and the seller gives you an extra battery in case you need one.The case feels very solid. When it's closed it reminds me of an ink stamp pad and feels as solid as one.Personally, I can highly recommend this.

Calculating Time??
n I was in graduate school studying for my MBA I realized early on that I was going to do a LOT of math calculating. There was a new device on the market that I decided that I HAD to have. It was a calculator called The MBA and provided functions like Present Value, Internal Rate of Return and the like. It was a BEATIFUL thing. It cost in the range of $150. In 1974 dollars, that was the equivalent of between $250 and $300 which, for the graduate student father of two, was a LOT of money. But we bit the bullet and bought one. Good thing that we did. It was a simple thing, the usual add-subtract-multiply and divide, and a few other business-oriented functions. It is now 42 years later. This little calculator is FAR mor powerful, as the screen and costs a small fraction of my MBA. It is a good machine, high value. Fast, clear to read and, of course, accurate. It is lightweight and easily fits in a pocket or purse. If you are old enough to remember the old days, you will understand my affection for this machine. If you are not, try one and you will then understand. Great machine. Great Price. 'Nough said.
