Unfortunately didn't work for me. Tried following the instructions, tried utube videos but still nothing. Probably my own fault but shouldn't have bothered.

No instructions and very fiddly. I bought these for the family but after trying them, you end up with two very chokable peices of soft plastic rattling round in your mouth and to top it off they cut my gum!Ignore the review that said they had them in all day, obviously after five minutes this is a lie.There is a plate which is controlled by your tongue presumably (who knows as there is no instructions?) Which cause them to retract inwards instead of outwards causing the whole thing too collapse in your mouth and then end up with three loose bits of plastic in your mouth. Wouldn't dare give these to my children and looking at the photos of the product they are blatentaly photo shopped.Just avoid.

Absolute rubbish. The pieces don't stay attached, they don't stay in place,the hard plastic with sharp edges cuts into your mouth, the soft plastic parts had bits coming off them. They don't even work to make it worth the pain and effort!! Returning.
