Poor quality and even worse customer service
The media could not be loaded. On paper this device looks really good and exactly what I need. Performance-wise however, it is unreliable and dealing with Renogy's customer service is one of the last things I want to do, based on my experience.The display does not show accurately the level of charge, it would also sometimes not charge even though of 120W charging power is available. The indicated charge level would go from really low to 100% within seconds. It would also switch off (go flat) despite display showing high charge level, while chargers being plugged in and the output being about half of available charging power.In my case, I leave the device with two 60W chargers plugged in (supports dual-charging of up to 120W) and output of around 60W it will gradually (over a day or so) drop the charge level indicator to 1% and stay there for days. I was able to test once that even though it was showing 1% the device was charged fully (or nearly) as I was able to draw about 200Wh of energy from it.The seller sent a replacement which died within a few hours with short circuit warning. Once I turned the device off it would not power on anymore, even with just the charger plugged in and nothing else drawing power.For any query the seller requires video evidence, which is quite hard to capture as the key moment happens while the device is unattended. Messages go around in circles between people (bots?). Obstructive customer service.

Terrible Customer Service
Honestly the 12v port stopped working within a day, returned and no refund until I got Amazon involved. DO NOT BUY FROM RENOGY!

Not as I’d hoped
I was hoping this would be a great solution to power a few things in my van (phone, iPad) but after less than a year the two of the sockets no longer work, or work intermittently. Really frustrating. Yes it’s no too expensive, but you get what you pay for. Disappointing.
