Brought my daughters laptop back to life - and speaking of life - this battery seems to hold a charge longer than ever the original one did! HINT - Take your time making notes which screws go to which holes when taking apart the laptop - some screws are longer than others and they can get mixed up. Also when detaching the leads from the battery to the board gentle pressure. It’s sturdy and won’t break but also be a bit gentle. Finally ground yourself - static electric discharges are never good for electronics. That’s it! Easy!!!

This saved my chromebook. The original battery on my son’s computer had zero life left and he could not take it to school without dying. Now it is back almost to new.First time I have opened up this chromebook. Easy install. Tools worked well. Just four screws on the battery and a single connector. Took only 20 minutes.

This is the exact same battery type I have had in my laptop since I bought it new in 2015. It is great that it comes with the tools needed to open the laptop to change the battery and has lasted way longer than the original one I had in there. The original one was only lasting 30 seconds before my laptop would turn off because the battery no longer was able to charge. I would recommend this battery for those who have the same one in their laptop and the cost is way less than the other places you could buy one.

My Toshiba Chromebook original battery lasted 3 years. I bought this battery as a replacement. For the first few months it worked beautifully, and battery life was at least 5 hours after full charge. Lately, after a full charge it continues to show icon for battery full, but then suddenly the battery icon flashes red, the screen goes black, and the computer dies. It will come to life if I plug in the cord, and then shows that my battery charge is zero. This results in battery life of less than 1 hour in total.I'm very disappointed that this worked so well for only a few months and now is relatively useless.I would not buy this product again, I do not recommend itMichael

Overall this is almost a perfect replacement product. Only complaint is that the battery doesn’t seem to last as long as anticipated but this is probably also due to the fact of me not having a functional battery in my laptop for 1-2 years so maybe i over estimated how long it would last. Still, I get a 3-5 hours of use which is way better than needing to be plugged up 24/7. If you need a replacement battery for this model of laptop, i strongly recommend this one.

Although the new batter was half the weight of the original, it continuously has provided over 6 hours of power to the laptop.

I was able to install this battery with the help of on-guides. I used my own screwdriver on the exterior screws. Works fine but unable to comment on battery life at this point.

Easy to install. Even came with the tools for the screws. Long battery life! I’m very happy with it.
