Less messy bearing packing. I really don’t like packing bearings. No part of it is enjoyable. From jacking up the tire until you put it back down, grease, rust, and dust just make it a messy job. Add to that you are supposed to keep the brakes clean. 😩. Anyway this bearing packer at least makes it easy to pack the bearings with grease evenly. You still have to pick up the slimy mass but at least you can limit that damage to one hand. I use my travel trailer about 4000 miles a year and I really no longer use the EZ-lube system as it tends to blow grease pass the seal no matter how much I spin the tire while adding grease. Now I just pack the boat and travel trailer bearings once a year. The travel trailer sees 10x the mileage but the grease still looks good from the year before. I use red tacky grease and it really seems to work well.

Works as advertised.

It worked, just needed the grease warmed up to easily push through bearings. Placed grease container on the dashboard in the sun for the day and it helped. Used to push grease in both bearings on both sides of front end when I replaced brakes. Warm you bearing grease first.

I opened up the package. removed the cup, put the end of my grease gun on the grease fitting, n started pumping. the inside part that is supposed to slide up as the grease is filling the bottom was completely stuck inside the unit, thus causing the grease fitting to come out of the unit. I tried everything I could to free up the inside part so it would accumulate enough grease to grease the bearings, n the unit was totally frozen inside the main unit. All I could do was to fill the top of the unit that is supposed to rise up, n manually get enough grease inside it as to sink the bearing inside n manually apply the grease to the bearing. It worked no better than if I just put the bearing inside a tub of bearing grease. I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER ONE....WONT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, AS I GOT TOTALLY SCREWED! My friend used a different manufacturer n it worked just fine. I guess the fact that I saved a few bucks by buying THIS unit, taught me a lesson......YOU BUY CHEAP...YOU GET CHEAP

This thing is cool for those of us yougn's who didn't have old timers to teach them the old techniques, also a bit "cleaner". Sometimes it's a little hard to pull the plunger back up when fully depressed down.

I’ve had this bearing packer for a while now I use it at my job which is a heavy diesel truck, equipment mechanic as I work on trailers regularly. It holds a good amount of grease and has held up to the durability and functionality tests! Would by another
