Their sizing chart is accurate so I suggest getting the size they recommend based on your waist size. I never would have expected to be in an XL (usually too big) but it fits perfect (6'2" 185lb). The quality of cut, build and materials are better than I was expecting. The front pouch is a new thing to me but it's quite comfortable and my wife thinks it's really hot. They're new so if they hold up well, I anticipate getting more.

As always a great comfy fit and doesn't ride up in the usual places. Feels good and looks good under jeans or dress pants. Like you're not wearing anything at all.

I purchased the men’s Jockmail thong that is listed as “Red” in a size XL as I have a 33/34” waist.. in some of the online photos the “Red” looks either hot pink or a darker red…. Well…. I received them today 2/13/25 and I can say that these are more “hot pink” then red… kinda disappointed but at the same time, based on some of the photos I knew that I was taking a chance in getting a pink thong.. regardless of the color I will still wear them.The price is fine for what you get. They could use a little more room upfront in the pouch but not overly tight like other brands that claim to have a “pouch”. The material is fine, but not as soft as say a modal material but I can wear these a full day and be fine with comfort.4 stars as it’s not “red” and I wanted a red thong in this brand.

Please follow measurements in sizing. I am normally a medium, but according to the measurements, I was a large extra large thinking this would add more room in the pouch. I went with the extra large and I’m not well endowed whatsoever and I have no room in the pouch oasis perfectly fine colors of vibrant. This material in the pouch is not as stretchy.
