So far, this bag meets all expectations. Of course, we're trusting that it is fireproof and waterproof as promised and hope it's never put to the test. I do think that it might be bit difficult to get an 8 1/2 x 11 item into the bag if the item wasn't totally flexible. The bag is well constructed of quality materials.

I purchased 3 of these bags. I would like to give this product a 5 Star rating but I can't. Each bag arrived with NO product information at all. The only information regarding specs and what level of fire damage prevention we are paying for (That is what we are buying, peace of mind. Right?) is what is posted on the Amazon site. My advice to the manufacturer / vendor: Include an informative spec sheet so that the customer will be informed. Question: Will this fire protection bag keep my documents or cash from burning and will the cash be usable after a fire; WHO KNOWS? Here's what I know: it arrived on time, it looks nice and it's made in China. Is it fire proof, who knows?

A++ much lighter then the fireboxes , takes much less space

Wasn’t large enough for the notebook that I used to organize different documents in. However, I put individual documents (originals) in this and gave to mom. So there are copies in two places. Can’t attest to its effectiveness (thank god), however.
