This cream literally tightened my face

This review is for [Jaminkyung] Orginal Snail Repair Cream 1.69 oz┃50ml, 90% Snail Mucin Extract, Moisturizing, Soothing, Repairing, Barrier Enhancement, Sensitive Skin, Dry Skin, Korean SkincareMy product expires in August of 2025. It has nice thick plastic packaging where the top cover is quite deep. The scent is very light and almost no scent. The product is very sticky and slime like. It was stringy when I pulled the extra plastic cover off and it takes a while to absorb into the skin. I think a little goes a long way and if you put too much, it can take a while to absorb and dry. I feel that this is a bit slimy when you put it on. I think this would make a good night time moisturizer, but definitely not under makeup. The wear is not exactly light but not exactly heavy either, somewhere in the middle.

It is a good moisturizer. You won't be disappointed.

When it comes to snail mucin skincare products, this is the real deal. A lot of them that claim to contain snail mucin (slime), will contain the ingredient, but only as one of many other ingredients. That's fine, if it's all a combination that you like. This moisture cream does contain a few other healthy properties, but it's 90% snail mucin which is excellent for the skin.If you've never used snail mucin before, you'll experience something all together different than what you are use to using. It's a bright white cream that is a little on the thin side. Looks like something that would be really sticky and a total mess to use, but it's not at all. Do be aware that when you go to pick up a little from the jar, it will be really stringy. By that I mean that you'll have it drip from your fingers in long lines. Best to take a little at a time. Once you move it over to your face, you immediately realize that this is not in the least bit sticky. Feels soothing on the skin and is very clean. Spreads easily and absorbs well.Once you have massaged this around your face, it has a calming feel and your skin is immediately moisturized. Doesn't really leave it feeling oily or greasy at all, but you might have a slight bit of dew along the surface of the skin. That will most likely depend on how much you have applied.Do let this fully dry before moving onto the rest of your skincare regimen. Won't take too long because it sets in normal time. Your skin will feel fully moisturized and stay that way all day long. Looks healthy and your skin will be more supple and elastic.Works great on my mature combination skin. Quite good for those with normal to dry skin. Also, as good for men as it is for women.

This snail cream feels exactly how you would think…slimy! However, it absorbs into your skin very quickly and does not leave a residue at all. I have sensitive skin and am always leery about new products. But this one did not make me breakout, did not cause any type of rash, and did not make my skin burn at all. I would give it 5 stars except that it seemed to make my pores more noticeable. Not sure how that happened but after three weeks of use, my pores appeared visibly larger. My skin was so smooth and I no longer had an oily T-zone; especially in the middle of summer. I just couldn’t get over the way my pores looked. I absolutely loved every thing else about this product though.

This is a phenomenal product by a fantastic brand. I’ve tried a few other things by this brand and everything I have tried thus far has been fantastic.The one thing I would note is that I wish they included an English translation fro the ingredient list.Other than this, this is a fantastic product. I have really been exploring with snail mucin ingredients/products lately and so far I have been incredibly impressed. My skin can be sensitive and I can be picky with certain ingredients/products. Snail mucin product has been doing incredible things for my skins radiance, complexion and hydration. This cream has been a lovely addition to my skin care routines.I do wish I knew the full ingredient list but so far I haven’t noticed any issues or complications when laying this product on top of my niacinamide, vita, or vit c serums. Next I’ll explore how this pairs with retinol but so far over the last week this product has been so wonderful! It’s silky creamy and intensely moisturizing and I love how naturally radiant my complexion looks when I use this cream. This cream absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave any sticky or tacky texture to it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for intensive hydration. I love love the natural glow I get when I use this cream. I couldn’t be happier with this product, especially for the price!
