Very nice introduction to M&S, easy to understand and it covers the most important principles and concepts. It also has a nice description of how simulation evolved over the years to what it is today.I recommend it.

JSokolowski gives a clear, friendly-reading non/light-technical nicely-documented frame to learn about M&S.

You really need some sort of Engineering background to understand most of this book. Theoretical underpinnings do apply to medical simulation but that is about all. This book was recommended as a study aid for a certification exam.

Can't beat this price!
