Really good quality small TV
Very happy with this TV. Perfect for our small house. The natural colour rendition is very good so too is the sound. There is a big variety of channels to choose from. Previously my techno phobic husband has been envious of the choice of viewing I enjoy on my iphone, now he too has iplayer and other apps to find his favourite programs. The TV is easy to set up straight out of the box. Great valve for money. Couldn’t be happier. The first delivery attempt was messed up by the snowy weather, however vendor took ownership of the problem and sorted it out quickly and efficiently. So refreshing in these days of auto responses and talking computers to be able to communicate with a real person. Thank you.

Pity it has no 'back' button

Delighted
I ordered this on the Saturday and it arrived on the Monday - without Prime but probably because the courier was DPD rather than the abysmal Evri. I needed help setting it up but a very patient, helpful girl on the helpline talked me through. The picture is good and unusually for a cheap-ish television the sound/volume are excellent. I'm delighted with it.

OK product, delivery very poor
Product works, the remote is very poor quality. I use Amazon a lot, when they delivery everything is great. This TV was delivered by DPD. As you can see from the photo the box was damage through to the actual screen. Handed to my wife, who challenged this, to be told "not my problem, I just need a photo to prove I've left it at your door."

Wish i hadn't bought it.
Bought this as a 2nd tv but wish I hadn't. Very disappointed.I wanted a tv with hdmi and usb for a roku stick and a dvd drive and this seemed a good choice. It wasn't.1. The sockets on the back for all the hdmi, aerial, etc are hard to access and very cramped for space. I had to get an 'L' shaped adapter for the aerial. Even then the cable isn't totally secure.2. It can't find the main terrestrial channels.3. I use a roku stick and the remote for it can't access the volume control on the tv. The stick itself was a bit hard to insert next to the usb because there wasn't much room around that particular hdmi socket.3. Sometimes, if the tv has been on for a while, a static ghost image of something appears in the background. I have to turn the tv off and on again.4. The interface is not very user friendly and there is no user guide for it. It also seems slow and 'clunky'.It wasn't very expensive and I suppose you get what you pay for. I only use it with the roku which can access everything i need so i can put up with the failings but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

It's a terrible TV that crashes regularly and cannot process the smart tech inside!
The Sharp 24EE4KD 24'' HD Ready Smart TV/DVD is a terrible TV. From I started using it, I had nothing but problems. First, I tried to set up the TV channels. It put the national channel 1-5 in different places like Channel 4 at 22 and Channel 5 at 37. It kept doing this repeatedly, forcing me to manually place the channels next to each other not by number but by name as I couldn't move BBC 2 into the "2" slot. Then it would crash frequently as I couldn't move between sources. All I wanted to use the TV for was to watch Freeview TV, DVDs and movies from my USB stick. In terms of the USB stick, this TV CANNOT READ 3.0 USB STICKS! How stupid is that? 3.0 USB sticks are standard, you have to go online to buy 2.0 USB sticks. Plus it cannot read USB sticks larger than 64 GBs, either! With the 2.0 sticks there were some newly encoded videos in x265 and mkv, that it just could not read! This is why, if it has problems with playing USB, I don't see why they have to jam FOUR HDMI connectors and other stuff inside? The firmware/operating system cannot cope.Maybe Smart tech works in 50 inch TVs and above as they have greater space to spread the firmware across, but 24 inch TVs or less just need Freeview and DVD. That's all they can manage.I bought a new TV, the RCA 24 inch TV, which uses the same OS/firmware as my first bedroom TV, Curry's Logik brand: https://www.amazon.co.uk/RCA-RB24F1A-Digital-Reduction-Backlighting/dp/B0BLV5K1QD/ref=asc_df_B0BLV5K1QD/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=606775922780&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=10218946738008584337&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1006668&hvtargid=pla-2137966005552&psc=1 - I totally recommend it!
