Works well
This a a decent portable door lock. One pro is that there is no secondary peg or insert required to use. Those are usually connected with a chain or string. As with all locks that go between the door and the frame, it doesn't work every where. Some doors can be too snug with the frame and some industrial doors (like hotels) can have locking mechanisms that leave no space for the portable lock to even fit. -- So, where it fits, it works well. It may not work in every door you encounter.

I was able to make it work, had to grind off some of the metal...
It's not bad, was able to make it work. Had to grind off some metal because the receiver for the latch was rounded.

too small 4 every door I have tried it on
seems like it was made for a Smurf door. needs to be more universal
