Ok I never review anything even good things because I never have time
Ok I never review anything even good things because I never have time. This case is the best case I have ever used. Normally I am paranoid and just go with a Otter box or something super thick. It looks small and thin but actually its not, Fits my iphone x perfectly. Just for added protection I got the Spigen edge to edge glass protector and now I feel my phone is safe. Even with the glass protector the phone can still be put face down on a surface without touching the glass. the buttons are easy to press and the exposed vibrate switch is perfect. The back camera is protected and now when you lay your phone on the desk its perfectly flush and the camera isn't rubbing against anything. I never thought I would like a kickstand either but find myself using it more and more. The grip is less slippery that the phone itself but with a smooth harder rubber (my preference) i feel its still secure enough not to drop by mistake. I have tried over 20 cases for this phone (bumper cases $10-20, 360 protection cases $30-60, leather $40-50, wallet $50+, Otter Symmetry/defender/commuter/pursuit $30-70, UAG $30, and official Apple $50) even other Spigen cases$15-40, this is by far my favorite and will be used exclusively with my phone until i buy the next iphone. It's definitely in the right price range at under $20 bucks if your going to get a iphone x your owe it to yourself to give this baby a try. Here is the glass I used, didnt review any others and was able to nail it first try. I was hesitant to put the glass on while the phone was is the case but it turns out the case has just enough lip to center the glass perfectly then gently pressing in the middle and I got more of a perfect fit then Best buy on my first try. (ps don't use the back glass if you use this case it wont fit)Spigen iPhone X Screen Protector Tempered Glass 2 Pack [ Edge to Edge Protection ] for Apple iPhone X (2017)

Awesome case!
This is a fantastic case. I watched FlossyCarters YouTube breakdown of iPhone X Spigen cases and this was his favorite. I bought it because of the protection factor but I usually like the thinnest case possible so I wasnt looking forward to a “bulky” case.Well, video doesn’t do this one justice. This is way slimmer than it looked while seeming to cover all the bases as far as protection goes. No, I have not dropped my phone to test this and I don’t intend to but I know if I did, I’m positive the phone would be fine. The fit is precise as it should be; the case has just the right amount of lip over the screen to protect it against a smooth surface drop. I have yet to add a screen protector but I’ll definitely be looking for one of the thinner ones to try and keep it just under the lip edge. The case has just the right feel and grip-ability. The soft rubber part is very firm; not spongy at all. The hard rubber part has a rubber feel to but seems like hard plastic. Or maybe I have that backwards. Either way, it looks and feels way more expensive than it is(on amazon anyway).Camera cutout is about half the depth of the Apple cutout but still recessed quite a bit. After seeing reviews of the kickstand, I wasn’t expecting much. But it’s actually pretty good. It attaches easy enough and snaps on firmly; no wiggling whatsoever. Once you unsnap it, it hangs freely so if you’re moving your phone around or picking up and putting down while watching something, it can move. But I can’t say that I’m disappointed. What more can you expect of a plastic case at this price?? It’s functional and does the job well enough while not taking away from the aesthetics of the case. The buttons are fully covered and are firm to press. Speaker and power cutouts are just the right depth and size.If there is anything I would change/add, it would be some kind of tactile feel to the buttons. It’s hard to tell where exactly they are by feel. Maybe some bumps/recesses or ridges.Bottom line: this is a great case. I’m not sure why anyone would buy an OtterBox when this is available for way cheaper. Maybe if you’re planning to drop it off the side of a mountain or you’re into wearing Cargo shorts all the time. Otherwise this is definitely a better purchase.

Spigen Tough Armor / Slim Armor
Ok so I have had a Spigen case on every phone I’ve had for the last seven years. They are by far the best phone cases on the market. I use the tough armor and slim armor interchangeably depending on what style im feeling. Here are my thoughts on both.(also, I take good care of my phones but I am a police officer and my phones are subjected to some rough conditions occasionally)- First and foremost if your pair the case with a great screen protector then you’ll have a phone with with same level protection as even the biggest otter box or similar case, but without the bulk. I recommend the bodyguardz glass screen protectors.- The Spigen cases are awesome too because of the two piece construction. It allows easy cleaning and you can pair them with the magnet mounts for your car.- Both the tough and slim armor cases support wireless charging.- they dont get stuck in your pockets like an otter box or similar case would.- they look amazing and feel great in the hand, and they are inexpensiveHaving owned both the slim armor and tough armor I recommend the tough armor to buyers new to Spigen. That being said, I personally prefer the slim armor because its got the same protection as the tough armor, its marginally slimmer and maintains the sleek shape of the naked iphone.I love these cases and I have nothing bad to say about them other than its sometimes hard to get your hands on the slim armor. Some people complain about the buttons not being raised enough but I have never had an issue using them even just by feel in the dark.In the photos the slim armor is the one on the left and the tough armor is the one on the right (both are in black)
