The stove looks almost identical to an Etekcity Orange. I think they're probably the same stove. The Etekcity is around 1770 watts, and I'd guess this is stove is around the same.

What type of fuel canister works with this product? Butane, Propane, specific brand?

The easiest method is to get the 7.75 oz (220g) Coleman or similar butane/propane blend cans from your local dept store outdoors / camping section. The element has a male fitting to match them.

what is the weight of the two pots combined?

The whole thing weight's about 1 pound, that is all 6 components combined.

what size fuel tank fits like shown in pictures?

There are two common sizes. The blue fuel can is the 220g size. It may fit, but I'm not convinced it will. The image with the grey fuel can is closer to the scale of a 100g container.
