Front tire wear and tear
Wow, I absolutely adore it, but I would rate it 4 stars. You won't believe what happened - the front tire somehow managed to wear out its tread on the very first day! Can you imagine? To make matters worse, I had to crank up the resistance all the way to 8 just to feel even the slightest bit of resistance. Can you believe it? And guess what? I even went ahead and added three 45-pound plates and set the level to 8. Not worth 900.

Solid, high quality
This is a very good sled. I did a lot of research before buying this sled, and I was not disappointed. It came very well packed and thoughtfully supplied with tools and screws in a plastic case. I have to say that everything about the packing to the assembly was exceptionally constructed. It was mostly assembled,so it took just half an hour to set up. Unlike other things I've set up, the screws stopped turning with a feeling of solidity. These minor details are just typical of the whole machine. I'm impressed by how it handles--straight and true when you push and pull it. The tires have been upgraded from rubber to a solid material so you don't have to inflate it.I haven't yet put it through the heaviest resistance levels, but I know that it willl challenge me all I want when I'm ready, judging from the resistance it gives at about a level three. I just got a bumper weight plate to place on it to help keep the sled weighted. All in all, it met and exceeded my expectations, especially with its high quality from start to finish. It's not cheap, but it's well worth it.*Update*Now that I've used the sled for a few months, here are my thoughts. Overall, I'm still very satisfied with it. It gives me a really good workout, and I haven't even tested it to its limits. The other review saying in essence it's too easy and not challenging enough--first, you should put a weight on it to keep the front wheels solid to the ground to help maintain contact, and second, the harder and faster you push, the more resistance you get. So it's not a static weight you're dealing with. If you push or pull it at one speed, don't expect to be challenged. It's meant to be progressive in how it resists your momentum.Importantly for me, I use a waist harness with straps to hook up to the machine so I can pull it to strengthen my knees. This exercise is really helping to rehabilitate my knees from injuries suffered in sports. For now I'm still on resistance level 3 and still being challenged by both resistance and cardio. I do 10 minutes pushing and pulling and get a full-body workout.
