So I have been searching for these acrylic pole like stands for over several years now after I saw them being used for displaying Star Wars space ships at the lego store. At first I thought of buying acrylic rods and then creating a base to screw the rods into. It was by chance that I saw some donut stands when I googled rod like stands and I thought "hey" they look like the stands at the lego store so after a few more months of hemming and hawing about whether or not to buy a set of Donut Stands to check them out, I finally gave in and bought the used sets that two companies were selling them at a slight discount on Amazon. One set arrived today and man was I right on the money! The rods are about 7/16" in diameter which is almost half an inch thick with a solid 6 inch square plexi plate that the rod screws into. They are exactly what the lego store has been using. The only thing that you need to do is to cut the rods down and glue another plexiglass plate on top or optionally you can glue a clear lego piece on top using solvent but hey the job is half done already. These are the star war rod stands that you have been looking for and if you happen to stumble onto Donut stands like I did and you thought they look useful and happen to read my review, "yes" they are what you need for your lego collection. If you bought them to display donuts at your wedding, after usage, wrap them up and give it to a lego builder in your family and if they have no idea what to do with them, then take it back as they are not really lego builders.

Purchased the Darcie Victoria Lynn Clear stands and loved them so much, I ordered a second! They are exactly how they were depicted. One did come in with a minor scratch on it, but wasn't overly noticeable.

product came with two of the smaller stick missing - looks like it’s been used and returned and mailed back out. quality looks good but sucks that it came like this.

upon receiving this item the two smaller tubes are missing. I need this for a wedding reception and very disappointed we are having to wait for the missing parts to be received.
