Q: Can I wash these? If not, how about the insoles?

I have washed the two pair that I have bought and they have been fine. I would remove the insole and wash them with sponge and mild detergent and then the same with the actual shoe. Probably wouldn't put them in the washing machine and definitely not the dryer. I just let them air dry.

Q: I'm in hot az, would the fleece or suede insoles be coolest?

Wide feet is exactly why I got mine. It is generally very difficult for me to find a wide enough toe box. These were an amazing surprise.
