Did not work and broke upon removal.
IR repeater did not work with Formuler Android box and was going to return until the IR head broke on me when trying to remove it from the adhesive applied to the front of the TV. Don't recommend purchasing this cheap IR repeater. It's now a garbage repeater!

Appears to split and attenuate the signal
I bought 2 of these, one of them was probably a return item, it was in an open cellophane bag and the 3 sticking pads were missing. The other was in an unopened new bag and it had the three stickies in it. I think this splitter must really also really attenuate the strength of the signal that it is splitting. This extender will turn on my Integra receiver and adjusts volume fairly well (kind of like when remote batteries are weak) but it will not affect my Apple TV, or my Sony blu-ray player. It has absolutely no effect on them. It’s not worth returning them, so I probably will just pitch them.
