Only things I dislike that's annoying 1. The remote is crap, plain and simple. The box itself , when you want to clear cache , go to settings, storage , click on the 32 gig as it should allow you in to clear it . Does not allow that. Have to get a separate app for that.. lots of apps are not able to run android 12 . For that I give it a 3 out of 5. Quality is good not as good as android 11 . I should have stayed with that. Now in the recycle bin. Remote died a death all the buttons stuck in press down mode kind of. Got a mouse. Got the box on, all my stuff was deleted tried to install again but no response from the box. It's like I gave it cpr. It's now in the recycle bin . Time to move on but not going to buy this one again. Minus 5 stars. Was offered a full refund . No refund yet 4 days later ..but not sellers fault. Electrical items do get faulty.

Everything thing worked. Nice clean video, Kodi installed & works, Google drive, YT, Google play all working nicely. No Jitters or freezing and loads quickly. Mind you I've only had it a few days if it decides to mess-up ill update.Ps:Remote is 🤮... but works

I have used android boxes for years and I thought as streaming services have become more prevalent, it was time for an upgrade. After searching the internet for a good reliable android box, I decided on this product. I knew that the remote would be ok at best, and I also knew that I was buying a mid range box. What I do not appreciate however is, this new product does not support Netflix or UK TV Play or Pluto TV, which is very disappointing. To access some of the content of UK TV Play and Pluto TV you can use Kodi which brings me onto another problem. To install Kodi I had to side load it via an apk as installing from Google play store just did not work. Finally the clock LED has stopped working after a few weeks, which makes me wonder how long this box will function for. Overall I can and know how to circumnavigate certain issues to obtain what I need but there will be many potential customers who will not, especially if your buying this product to turn a TV into a smarter TV.

Arrived on time, item as described, But unfortunately it was faulty, hopefully my replacement will work as intended.

Whilst the quality is supperb , comes complete with usb ports and ethernet ports , the remote is a little irratating, the unit works better with a wireless keyboard (purchase seperatly).also unit will not support " Downloader" ,am still searching for an alternative?I used a 2tb usb stick ,reading files fine, no problems .

Pretty much as advertised, correct memory and cpu and gpu (used a device checker which pics included), can see some fragments when going thru menu's but not too bad, downloaded a few apps and had to do it via google drive as bluetooth found my device and linked but would not send kept failing, and gmail wont let you send apk's, the supplied remote is a bit pants and has options to control the actual tv but no idea or instructions on how to get it to match, but i got a keyboard and usb dongle with touchpad for £9 and thats FAR superior for usability, this thing wont be as effective as a branded high end product with spelling like 'file brower' but better then alot of cheap android based devices

After setting up the box it kept losing picture quality. Unplugging the HDMI and reconnecting cured it, but only for a (random) time. I have now done a system update and lost all my apps and settings, so I don't know if that has cured the problem (I suspect not). I am loathe to invest any more time in the device if it is to be returned. When it was working properly the picture quality was good. I am waiting for the supplier to respond, but I feel certain this box will be returned for a refund. I am annoyed that this has caused such a waste of time. I have better things to do.
