I understand that to some fans feel this new style that they have moved on to in their last 2 albums is too far removed from their old stuff but for me I think it's a masterpiece and their greatest work to date. I don't really know what genre it would be described as but the sound and the imagery it conjures when listening to it is just magical. Ive heard talks of bond themes in the making and I can see why, some tracks just transport me to a 1970s bond villains lair or even the Thunderbirds HQ lol. My only complaint is that there's not more of it. Stand out tracks for me are let there be a mirrorball, sculptures of anythings goes, I aint quite where I think I am, hello you. But to me it's not an album that I would select individual songs to add to a playlist. It's a full album experience thats best enjoyed as a whole. Listening on vinyl only adds to the theatre and pleasure of setting aside the 37mins to enjoy it in full.

Granddaughter is enjoying this album ready to go see them in concert this year.

I have loved the Artic Monkeys from the off, and this their latest shows a real sense of maturity. They have always displayed an air of being comfortable in their music, but this takes it to another level. I love the slight change of mood.

An end to end very cool musical journey. Suggest 'Hey You' and 'Mr Shwarzer' are the stand out tracks on this album. So refreshing to hear an album like this of genuine innovation and quality set against the current background of vacuous homogenous fodder we are getting out of the musical factory line these days

Some great songs on this album Body Paint ,Thered better be a mirrorball, perfect sense . But there are few Boring ones also
