Awful Awning
After reading other 2 reviews we're NOT wrong!May 28, 2024 2:36 PMHello, we received product. Long story made short it took us 4 days to put together, we completed and it was not easy but we did it. So we were all excited to put it out and BBQ on memorial day. Hand cranked it out and not even 5 minutes later the wind blew throwing the the whole canopy up and on our roof, bending and fully breaking splitting the one arm in two and bending the other not to mention taking out a small chunk out. It's bust beyond repair we spent an hour trying to fix it. Its such a disappointment that its made so cheap not ro mention the fact it basically ruined our MM dinner.We couldn't even box it up if we wanted too. My husband is 76 and I'm up there with him. We need a full refund asap without the hassle of trying ro return it. Couldn't box if we tried! Please advise.5.31.23 Waiting on refund which seller said they would do.

What a piece of crap
The awning was a piece of crap they could’ve at least put the cords in the sides before sewing it up I would not advise anyone to order this

Terrible. Nightmare directions.
Looks nice but can't retract. Due to the terrible directions. Had to guess where parts went.
