Personally I thought I would never use them but with all my training my wrists have been struggling.The angle of the Bear Blocks help alleviate that pressure and weight distribution when on hands. Great for body weight exercises and using in yoga. Way better than traditional push up bars.Durable and lightweight.

Great concept that connects together for transport in your gym bag. Allows a more comfortable grip while performing push ups however i cannot say it added that much more to the exercise than just using a set of dumbbells or a regular push up handles for further depth.Very solid metal build so would probably last a lift time.Mine however arrived damage in transit (boxed destoryed travelling from the USA to the UK)/ As well as chipped up/ chipped paint finish which i believe was just a poor finish in the factory. It also arrived stinking of rubber.
