Child-proof dropper is a pain and not easily replaced
Just tried the product tonight, so cont comment on effectiveness, etc. But I can tell you I'll never order a bottle of anything with a childproof dropper top again. It makes things harder and I don't need that. The thread on the bottle is like that on a NOW 1 oz oil bottle...much smaller diameter than any other 4 oz bottle. In my experience, childproof tops don't stop smart kids,but they do stop many older adults. The 3 rating is only because of the non-standard dropper.

Overall inflammation, stomach/digestive relief
Seems like this brand is more for your money, i can't say it's better or worse quality without testing. Tastes slighlty different than the other brand but still like a natural fruit roll up. I do notice reduced inflammation and stomach/ digestive relief.

Its helping my Dog

taste is great and I mix it with my liquid vitamins in the morning.

Any clue on how to open the bottle? Really?!
Well, can't exactly review it since I can't figure out how to open the ---- dropper top! So far, a sharp knife hasn't been able to rip it open after many tries to twist it open. Seriously - what the heck!?

Aid in cleansing liver
This product is new to us. It was recommended as an aid for cancer patients.My husband takes it 3 times a day as recommended. It is too soon to tell if it’s helping.
