This is my 4th tufting gun first 2 were cut pile from a different seller both were faulty ordered another from different seller 2 in 1 deadly !! Had to be thrown away thought I'll try 1 last time so I decided to go with this one 2 in 1 plus comes with a case well !! It's fantastic works great easy to use and thread ,scissors are nice and sharp beats all expectations I am very very happy I have taken out extra cover just in case

Tufting gun has shocked me about 15-20 times now and one really bad one when unplugging. (Not the extension cables fault as I use it all the time)Gun is alright, I’m not very experienced although I would say the standard setting seem to work alright, the yarn doesn’t like to cut though and like to fall out the gun ever 15 seconds. So I have to re thread it, although this is more a problem with the feeding system. The tufting gun seems incomplete to me, it’s shocked me a lot and the instructions are sooo basic. Yarn supplied is a tiny quantity of loads of colours, for £180 I wish it would have worked better. I could have got the same gun for £100 but opted for this as it came with lots of yarn…except it comes with about 3 meters per colour which is tiny. Carry case is niceDelivery also took a very long time compared to the estimated date and I would just like my money back tbh.
