I bought this to tone up my balayage between appointments. I was very conservative in my application because I was nervous about the color application. I put it on for about three minutes after shampooing and rinsed. It colored my highlights a little bit, I will definitely leave it in longer next time, but it made my hair so shiny and glossy I am not even disappointed. My hair is the softest it has ever been and it is shiny and easy to work with. If you just want softness and shine, find one close to your natural color and leave it in for a few minutes you will not be sorry!

As someone who was blonde for my whole life and took the leap to go brunette, this keeps my hair looking amazing and allows me to stretch till my next salon visit. It makes my hair sooo shiny and soft. I love that it also doesn’t stain my skin and shower which is something I was worried about. Also, any color that transferred to my towel came right out in the wash.

Large easy to use container and comes with plenty of treatments. I use it on my beard and perfect color that stays a long time. Great product for the price. Works best to comb it in and takes less that way.

Works nicely until next shampoo then washed out. The color was nice though.

This product made my hair feel really smooth and shiny, BUT a fair warning - it made my hair fall out for over a month. It also made my scalp itch like crazy and made my sensitive skin break out. The color was not very strong, either.

I’ve been using this product for years. My gray hair is almost white. Electric Bronze makes my hair a medium ashy blond that looks highlighted instead of colored. The tint lasts through 2or 3 washes. I have medium length hair and a bottle of IGK will last me about 6 months. It leaves my hair shiny, undamaged and the product isn’t toxic. I highly recommend. I’d give it more stars if I could.

My hair is colored with auburn and blonde highlights and the auburn is sometimes more brown based and I wanted to keep it from lightening so I go this. When I use it, it looks good but then my hair start looking a lil orange or yellowy since it’s a warmer color. I’m a natural red head so I don’t like the orangey color coming thru and this helps to keep it darker but only if u have ur hair colored already. So I do wish I got a cooler brown instead of this bronze but if u use it daily I believe it keeps it more brown and if it’s just in between coloring treatments it’s not too bad but your colorist may ask u why ur hair looks so brown! lol.

I was impressed by how many hair washings I did before needing to use this product again. The color holds well and it does a nice job of covering up greying roots. I do leave it on my wet hair for a longer amount of time before rinsing it out… that may factor in to the overall outcome.
