LorAnn Tart and Sour Flavor Enhancer - 1 ounce bottle - Blister Pack

This is the best sour additive I’ve used. No other additive is as good at giving that tart puckering flavor. Perfect for adding to my gummy bear recipes and the perfect additive for my snow cone syrups. This is one flavor/additive that I’ll make sure I don't run out of.

Product is great! just took such a long time to get to me. The day it was suppose to arrive changed like three different times.

I mostly use it to add some tartness to the sparkling waters I make with my soda stream, but it could be used in nearly anything. It's even good just by itself!!

This LorAnn Tart and Sour flavor enhancer is good for candy making. You have to use a lot to really get a sour candy flavor. I feel like adding citric acid to the candy directly may be the way to go for us, because we are looking for the super sour flavor, and this is more of a mildly sour flavor. Also the small jar goes very quickly, we used it up after only 2 batches of candy. Overall it is pretty good flavor and value but not fantastic.

I use it in handmade lollipops with fruit flavors. It gives the fruit flavor a more real flavor. Only need a little bit, about 1/8 teaspoon in a batch of lollipops. Wouldn't make fruit flavored lollipops without it.

This really doesn’t have the flavored I was looking for. It’s not a bright clear lemon flavor that i expected
