MerrellMen's Moab 3 Edge Hiking Shoe

There is a reason this is my third pair of Merrel. My first hiking boot lasted +5 years. I bought a second pair of shoes a couple of years ago, and they travel with me to several countries, and many hiking experiences. I bought this pair mostly as walking shoes, they fit like a glove (9.5), very comfortable and provide good stability, it feels like makes you walk straighter :). Good pair, good brand!.

Extremely comfortable with great support.. Your feet will feel like you are walking on a cloud. Merrell really knows what they are doing. Excellent hiking companion.

Absolutely horrible customer service experience.I bought this shoe less than 6 months ago and I had tearing in the shoe sole. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that I bought this item from an unauthorized seller and refused to even process warranty to see if it was even ABLE to be claimed under warranty. This is being sold by an "unauthorized seller" from what I was told and this caused me to NOT have a warranty. I wonder how many OTHER products on amazon, companies will do this with. I think it's on Amazon to fix this issue but it's ultimately a product being sold FOR Merrell with the impression that it's BY Merrell. it is scummy practice to sell me something I have NO CLUE comes from someone OTHER than the name I read that I bought it from (Until it's on the receipt, which is after purchase).

Great shoe well made

I use hiking shoes primarily for work. I need a light weight, comfortable and durable shoe with decent traction. I prefer waterproof, and that’s what I thought I was getting with these shoes. They are Not waterproof! Now, they do not claim to be in the description, but they look waterproof and they are hiking shoes. I assumed that they were and you know what assuming gets you. Other than that, they are great for what I use them for, but the insole is a little lacking. I need some more support so I purchased some better ones. Overall a good shoe, just didn’t live up to my assumed expectations.

Nice hiking shoes

This is my husband's second pair. He says they are so comfortable and supportive.

They fit well, but the plastic on top of the shoe immediately separated from the mesh and looks horrible after wearing them a few times.
