Good quality. Decent price.
It seems that the usb does not work on iPad Pro? It does work for iPhone with nfc. Still great product.

Doesn't work every time!
This key has to work every time and it doesn't. If you look at my screenshot there are two keys, a blue one and a white one. The white one is this ID key. The blue one is a Yubikey. The Yubikey works every time. I only purchased this one because I needed a USB-C rather than standard type. I also saw I could get it here on Amazon much faster than ordering a Yubikey. Basically you touch it and it doesn't recognize the contact. If you look closely at one of thescreenshots of this key compared to the Yubikey, part of the issue is the thickness. Look at how much wider the white key is. That's part of the reason why it's harder to make contact with the sensor. So, you have to make some extra effort to make contact. It works some times, most times it doesn't and I'm reverting to a different authentication method. I didn't even try to get a replacement or refund. I just accepted it as a bad purchase.

Decent Build Quality, Works perfectly as a FIDO2 key, does NOT support TOTP
NOTE: All prices mentioned in this post are relevant to the time of writing this review. Prices may change.Suggestion:Get the basic NFC version of this key rather than spending a bit more on the NFC+ version. TOTP is not supported, contrary to their claims. The short-and-quick:Works perfectly fine as an affordable basic FIDO2 security key, but don't bother with this NFC+ unless you know what "PIV" is and you already plan to use it. Get the uTrust NFC instead. The USB-C version may have a better build quality than the previous USB model. I don't have it to compare.Cons:As stated, despite repeating the claim in the product description AND on their website, this key does not support TOTP. If you were hoping to get similar functionality to what's found in the $50-ish Yubikey 5 series then you're out of luck. That's not happening. No, not even in Identiv's own software. Seriously, support for it does not exist, so don't buy this key for it.Pros:It works as a basic FIDO2 security key, which is quite useful on its own. I'm using this and a $25 Yubico "Security Key" on all of my sites which support two keys, and their performance as both USB and NFC keys have been functionally identical thus far.Build quality does not actually seem to be bad. This key is thick and there's metal around the inside of the loop for the keyring.Miscellaneous:The "touch button" is indented fairly deep into the key. It's not a huge deal. I have big hands and it's more of a pinky button for me, but even I can use my index finger to tap it if I want to.Honestly, I wish that I had bought two uTrust NFC keys for the price of one Yubikey.Their key management software is extremely basic, but functional, and they have no mobile software.Their "documentation" is basically useless. It's a few paragraphs with a few screen shots. Other than saying that the "secret key" is 32 characters long, the PDF is otherwise useless.

Ease of setup and use
I am extremely pleased with this security key. It was very easy to get it setup on my windows pc and link it to my online account. Authentication was straightforward. I think the key performed better than I imagined. It is also very portable and I love the size and the way it looks. Great stuff!

Solid Design
This particular key features all the security you would expect, with the added bonus of being well designed for carrying daily. In addition to fitting perfectly within a spot on your go-to ring, the area coverage for making a clean connection during authentication is wide without overwhelming the low profile design. Additionally, the extra layer of protection extended by an on device pin memory makes this purchase a bargain at this price.

button button
I mainly bought this for its NFC function and it works fine when used with Android or iPhone.I did pay extra for a model with a USB-C connector and although the connector is fine, the button is nearly impossible to use because it is covered by a thick plastic shell with a hole too small for a normal finger to be able to reach the button. It is a strange flaw to run into and frankly amazing that it was not caught by anyone before mass production started and product was shipped to users. What kind of testing process would not catch this?

Works as described
What can I say? It does what it's supposed to and it's pretty sturdy.

Great extra security
Way to easy to install and use. Great extra security in todays ever evolving cyber threats. My data's been breached 32 times since the 2000s. Although this doesn't stop data breaches it does however protect from the average hacker targeting just your account.** This version doesn't work with windows hello. And it broke with Gmail and all all others service. Im starting to think its a money making gimmick. Good old bait and switch. You now need the + version if you want it to work with windows hello

Misleading! Does not support FIDO over NFC
Confusing advertising. Keys do not support NFC security key functionality for Apple and Google with FIDO.
