This is a must for those with an ostomy! It is a great product, which is very comfortable to wear! It has solved my issue with the bottom of the bag digging into my leg, at all times, because of the hard, sharp edged plastic closure. During the day, I wear it on my underwear, which keeps the bag in place at all times. It's suggested to use with the pocket on the inside of the undergarment but I have found it easier to wear the pocket on the outside with the snaps on the inside. This also helps prevent pancaking. At night I attach it to my pajama bottoms! It's great to not have to worry about your bag flopping around and not knowing where it is or if it's going to pull away from the wafer when you turn from side to side. It is also very easy to empty your bag because the pocket stays attached to your underwear or pajamas as you pull them down. I ordered another one so I keep one for underwear and one for pajamas! When you first use it the snaps are a little stiff so it's a little hard to get on but it's much easier after the first time. I had a slight issue with the threading unraveling on the snap strip so I wrote an email to the owners of the company to see if it was possible to get a replacement snap strip. The owner replied very promptly to my email and is sending me a whole new pocket, not just the strip! Now that is great customer service! They are so extremely nice also. It’s a useless bag. It’s barely big enough to fit my folded fist. My large and smaller urine bags would never fit and if you did find a way to stuff your bag into the pouch it would reduce the urine capacity to a half or less what the actual capacity is capable.Total waste of money. My advice, don’t even think of buying.

The quality of this product is fine. Nice material and well sewn. However, it is ridiculously hard to position and requires Hulk-like strength to snap this onto fabric. We used it once for my 102 years old mother and it became soiled when her ostomy leaked. It was so impossible to remove from her Depends that we tossed it all. There goes a lot of money. This might work for younger stronger ostomy wearers, but not for seniors.

This is a great product. You don't have to get new underwear, it just snaps in and out or you can leave it in when you do laundry. I purchased several soI could just leave them in and wash them inthe laundry. great idea and I have been telling my Dr, and wound care Nurse.

This is a simple straightforward cloth pocket that makes wearing an ostomy pouch significantly more comfortable and secure. It is as simple and elegant as a paperclip but like many personal devices takes a little practice and fiddling to set up best for you. It's worth the effort. Be aware that the position of your stoma relative to how you wear your underwear may make this device impractical for you.

I would find it easier to use if it had an opening in the bottom for the drainage nozzle. It is rather awkward trying to get the full bag out of the pocket to empty it. I do like that once the bag has been positioned and snapped onto the undergarment, it can be washed and dried without removing it.

We received this product in a timely matter but it did not work for my husband. We could not get it to snap onto his clothing. I can't imagine what fabric would be lightweight enough for this to work with. We'll have to come up with a different way to attach the pocket in order to use it.
