Decent hardware, software lacking...
First of all, I must say, this is the second stereo from Corehan I buy. The first one (slightly different model) came defective and I had to send it back. I decided to give them a second chance and bought this one, and these are my impressions so far:1) Most importantly: The GPS is not working. It gets absolutely no data from any satellites, I sent a mail to support and all they said was "check the antenna", "make sure you didn't plug it in on the wifi antenna port". I suppose these "make sure you turned it on" answers are a must for support guys at first, but these guys don't seem to be able to do much more afterwards. The behavior I see in my unit is not consistent with a defective or incorrectly connected antenna, the unit gets absolutely nothing, not a weak signal or insufficient satellites etc.2) The unit's responsiveness is not good. I ran a passmark benchmark and the hardware itself doesn't seem to be bad, but for whatever reason many apps seem sluggish. The screen also seems to not respond well to touch around the edges, and their own apps make extensive use of those areas.3) The app that is supposed to be used to program the steering wheel buttons doesn't work. The buttons themselves do on their default settings though. The app that is supposed to give basic info about the car doesn't do so either. There seems to be some sort of incompatibility with the canbus where certain things work and some don't. There are times where if I open a door the screen shows the drawing of a car with that door open, for example, showing that something does work, just not all of it.4) The music and radio apps, which if you ask me should be something that gets a lot of attention from them, are mediocre at best. 4a) I had thought of putting all my music on a usb pen drive. That kind-of seems to work until you turn the car off and then back on again to find that the music starts playing from the very first song instead of where you left it at. It seems that it takes a little while for the unit to "mount" the USB drive and in that time the music app decides that what was playing was unplugged and that later you are plugging in a fresh drive. I got around this issue by forgoing the usb drive and putting everything in a micro-sd. It seems that the card is mounted faster and this doesn't happen. 4b) The radio app doesn't allow you to choose the names of stored stations, it picks text from the RDS that was showing at the time, so if a station cycles through "103.7" / "Where" / "Rock" / "Lives" you'll end up with one of those texts as the label... if you are careful enough you might hit something useful... 4c) The music app wastes most of the screen space. It has a drawing of a spinning vinyl disc on the left and a big, not very responsive, spectrum analyzer on the right. The actual track name / artist / album is allotted a relatively small space and anything but short names have to scroll to be displayed in full 4d) The radio and music apps don't know about each other. So if you want to switch from one to the other you need to go through the home screen 4e) These apps make improper use of the car's small display on the dash. More of canbus I suppose, but while listening to a track you get something like "Track 01" and nothing else 4f) The music library doesn't seem to be cached or stored anywhere. Every now and then when I want to play something different I find a progress indicator going around for a few minutes. I know I have a lot of music (approx 28Gb of AAC) but it hardly ever changes. I wouldn't mind a library rescan when I change stuff or even manually but the app should not take so long to allow me to change the music. The app also has no search function5) When putting the car in reverse the whole screen turns off and music is muted. I get that this is for security but it should be optional, maybe with a chance of turning the screen off but not the music, who knows... Normal radios which you would not look at the screen all the time don't do this and I don't know of a lot of people backing into things because they were distracted by audio. Backing up while watching a movie may be a different story, sure...So, I guess I am done hammering the unit, now for some good things:- The unit came with the correct adapter for my VW 2009 Vento (Argentina). I did not have to mutilate any connectors- The steering wheel controls work- The unit fits ok. I had to file down a little plastic cover in the car but it is on the inside and the unit looks nice installed.- Sound is ok.As I mention in the title... most of the issues are with software and I don't see these guys working on aftermarket updates anytime soon. I wish companies like these would concentrate on the hardware and open-source all the software to allow the community to take over that part.As for the GPS, that killed one star at least on its own. I am still trying to figure out if it can be fixed without sending it back. That was a big hassle for me since I bought it on a trip and brought it home to another country.

Unit works well but screen is horrible!
The unit works well. With Android being the UI, it is very easy to use.My biggest gripe about the head unit is that it is using a cheap TN panel. The screen is designed to be visible from the driver seat, given that it is a left hand drive car. However if you view it from any other angle, it looks like the picture is in negative. Look at it too high or low, and the picture quality suffers. From the passenger seat the picture quality suffers too. I find it comparable to very cheap tablets or Smartphones. My intention was to be able to use this to play videos when on long drives. However with the horrible viewing angles and poor screen quality, it makes it unusable for that purpose especially if the people in the back seats and passenger seat are the ones trying to watch a movie. At $250, the screen should be better. Responsiness and compatibility were all fine, but the screen was a deal breaker. I thought I would try this one over the $150 I've seen on eBay, but it was disappointing.

Touch screen broke after one week
The radio fit perfectly in my 2011 Jetta SE. All of the functions worked excellently including a few functions I didn't know would be included. The reason I have left a one star review is the touch screen stopped working after just one week of ownership. I have emailed the company and received no response on how to troubleshoot this. I would happily change my review to 5 stars once this issue is sorted because this is an excellent device for the price.

Double Din of the Future!
Honestly.. hands down best deck I’ve ever had on my car.. the directions were a little confusing which lead to my car battery draining the first night I put it in.. ( disconnect the accessory (plug A & B)) it would of been 10x better if I had a mobile hotspot (Sprint makes you pay extra) I ended up returning it due to me being a little overwhelmed with ALL it could do.. if you’re looking for the future of double dins.. look no further.. this thing has EVERYTHING you could ever want and/or Need!

Good product; great experience.
Purchased this iten for my Vokkswagen Golf mk6; it fits perfect. It is plug and play; comes in with two different jacks. One comes for vw like mine and the other one for older vw models. Love the different settings on it, love the design and it is super HD resolution. Its one of the best android players for volkwag vehicles. Came with CANBUS and reads pretty much everything in the vehicle such as fuel lever; warning if seatbelt is off or any door is open, also has option for torque to be installed wirh OBD2 that enables error code readings. I had a question about the install of the product and they have great customer service; responded less then 3 hrs and asking me what help I needed and gave me enough information. See the attached pics for more details.

Very unhappy with the screen brightness adjustment. It stayed full bright no matter what. It was also shipped with very little packing material, harnesses were missing from the box, and the bezel was cracked.

Lots of apps for the unit and nice big screen
You can't beat this unit for the money. I put this in a 2015 Jetta Trendline. If you want to use the OEM backup camera you will have to get this adapter : https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00QGRCH66/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . I also ordered a antenna adapter that should let me use the oem gps antenna so I can remove the one that came with the stereo ( Fakra C Adapter Plug to SMA Male GPS Antenna Extension Cable RG316 . See attached photo). Search the internet and you should find one fairly cheap. Once these parts arrive and I use them in the unit I will adjust my review. Customer service is top notch... they always replied to my questions and answered quickly. Lots of apps for the unit and nice big screen.
