I can hear again and don't have to worry about losing these. The batteries last all day and they are almost invisible. I put them in when I get up in the mourning and take them off just before bed. The package has many different size ear domes and comes with additional wax guard filters. Choosing the correct size ear domes is essential for comfort and to make sure they stay in place. The first time I charged them up, I didn't have the charger plugged in all the way, so the battery ran out after several hours and I was almost ready to send them back for a refund until I figured out it was my mistake of not paying attention to the charger and lights. After I figured that out the batteries last all day with plenty of reserve charge.Tinnitus; I have severe tinnitus in my left ear that never gives me a break with moderate tinnitus in my right ear so these hearing aids make the tinnitus in my right ear disappear, and reduce the loud ringing in my left ear to a tolerable level.Adjusting the volume and choosing between the three different noise-canceling modes is simple. These are not Bluetooth. You simply remove them from the charger and press the ear dome in your ear and lay the hearing aid behind your ear. Not Bluetooth with all kinds of fancy controls where you can connect to your phone and microwave oven, but they are very easy to use and sound great. One of the biggest advantages of these hearing aids is the fact that I didn't have to get a second mortgage on my home to buy them and if something were to happen to them, I got an extended warranty through Amazon.Simple, inexpensive, and effective.

I ordered these not sure what to expect.They came quickly with fairly good instructions. I wore them everyday and charged them at night.After a couple of weeks the right side got quieter and then stopped working altogether. I contacted the manufacturer and they very kindly sent me new ones. A couple weeks later the right one stopped working again. I still had the working one from the first set but that only worked for a short time also. I contacted the manufacturer again and they have not responded to my multiple requests. These seem like good units but I would not recommend them until they figure out what is wrong. My guess is that the battery is dying but I don’t know how to check it. I’m hoping the manufacturer stands behind it’s product.I have reached out to the manufacturer and Amazon. Amazon’s warranty has expired but they gave me the number of the manufacturer.They haven’t responded to my email so I will call them but I shouldn’t have to go through all of this to get a working pair. There is a problem with them not working more than a short time and until they fix it I wouldn’t buy them. Very frustrating but I’m going to continue to pursue them to supply me with a working pair.

I have had Resound and other expensive devices, and to tell the truth they are better. However, I was paying for a lot of features that I didn't need and there were not sufficient options to get the cost down below thousands. I'm on social security now and need to watch my pennies, so I felt it was prudent to try a lower cost option. Comfort is as good as the resound, amplification is adequate, noise cancellation is not as effective in group our outdoor situations. True, the resound could be fine tuned to my specific needs, but for the difference of $3800 dollars, The Hionec is all I really need. I can hear the TV well now without turning it up too high for others. I can participate in group discussions without nodding and pretending to hear. I can't run the Hionec through my phone or other Bluetooth applications, and I DON'T CARE. I can hear well for less than any doctor ever allowed me to believe was possible. Good product, good price, and recharges quickly while I sleep. Recomended highly (unless you must deal with lots of extraneous background noise filtration.) Hionec---Go Get 'Em !

I have been wearing hearing aids for 7 years now. I paid $7000 for my first set of hearing aids. I sent them back 3 times for repairs because they just stopped working. Add in the cost of $300 a year plus a deductible of $100 for extended warranty every time they had to be sent back for repair. That’s a ton of money for junk. I found these hionec rechargeable hearing aids and figured I would try them since my expensive hearing aids are no longer working. Well, let me tell you. I have never been happier with my choice. These hearing aids are awesome. I wear them 15 hours a day and I don’t even know I have them in. Very comfortable. I tried buying earbud aids but my ears became so sore I could not even wear anything. These are so awesome you won’t even know you have a hearing loss at all. And the best part is I spent less than $200 for a better product than my bank breaking pieces of junk. I recommend these hearing aids to anyone who is looking for comfort, quality and price. You won’t be disappointed at all. I know I’m not. I only wish I had found these before I blew all my money on garbage. We all know that hearing is very important and unfortunately it’s not covered by insurance because they think hearing is a luxury. Well, before you spend all $7000 on junk like I did, at least give this product a try. You won’t be sorry
