Doesn’t scan very well. Misses some items

I was never able to set the base.Had to use old base. If I had knownI would have just ordered the scanner

Didn't work all
Received the scanner and it did not work at all. Put scanner on charging base and got the fast blinking green light which is means "charge error". Replaced the battery in the handheld with a brand new OEM battery and still did not work.
