DO NOT BUY FROM PHARMAPACKS! The product was not as pictured. I specifically ordered this toothbrush on Amazon because it's no longer sold in stores. When I contacted the seller, they were extremely patronizing. Despite sending a different toothbrush than the one pictured, they tried to claim that all toothbrushes perform the same function, thus, the item sent was "similar" to the one pictured. I returned the item. I received the envelope back, opened, with a stamp that says "Received without contents." No refund was granted. It seems Pharmapacks will do anything to not have to refund someone, including falsifying whether they received the return. Now I'm out the shipping fee, the return shipping fee, and a couple of dollars for the toothbrush. I still have no toothbrush- the right or wrong one.I felt doubly stupid when I came back and read the only review, and it basically said the same thing. Be smarter than me-- do not fall for this!

When brushing, the tongue brush side rubs against your cheeks and was irritating for me!

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING - DON'T LOOK AT THE PICTURE IT DOES NOT DEPICT WHAT IS SENT THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN AND PAY A RESTOCK FEE - CLEARLY UNFAIR

I love the Wave toothbrush however the toothbrushes I received looked nothing like the picture, which is what I wanted. Don't like the Wave they sent me.

Very good tooth brush only think I didn't like was the color I got..I gave it 3 stars on softness because I ordered a medium..
