I bought the wrong type. Gave them to a friend. He said they were hard to connect. Could have been his truck. Came early and nice packaging

Was programmed to fit my truck and did not take very long. Cost was $25 to have it programmed

I tried installing the fob myself. It did not work. I forgot the time frames. I only now got some key guru over here today, to cut keys and progress the key fob. So, it cost me 200$ to program two fobs. After three times, the key guy gave up on the one fob. The second fob was junk. I lost out because I never thought I would get a fob that didn’t work. Very disappointed-I believed I was given a bad fob from Amazon. Now, I cannot return it. One fob, $200+price of the fob. My first complaint. Should have been 200$ for 2 fobs!! The fob/key professional found that the defective fob had the one button that was not able to be pressed. Obviously a defective fob.

I got these because it states that it comes with the link to a website that gives you instructions on programming. When I looked up my 2014 silverado the website states.... CALL A LOCKSMITH, wow, just wow. Save yourself the locksmith money and buy the fob / programmer combo that advance Auto sells for 90 bucks

Okay, not quite sure how to rate these. They arrived quickly, appear well made, look just like the OEM. However, I am not able to program for my 2018 chevy silverado without the help of someone with a scanner. That said, I have not had the opportunity to go to a shop to see if they can program them. Both my son and I tried to program simply using the instructions and this does not appear possible. I will update this posting once I have been able to go to a shop for programming
