Q: How do i troubleshoot? i purchased this kvm but one of the ports isn't working. tried switching cables with another port, still not working.

Was it working and then stopped?: If so, unplugging and replugging it might work. If that doesn't work, there are screws on the side of the unit, what I did was ground it and it worked. If that doesn't work, send it back, the company was really nice about taking it back and refunding my money. I purchased a new one and that one worked just fine.
