Strong Carrot Flavor
I really didn't love the flavor of this. No one in the household really did. It has a very strong carrot taste so if you are not a super fan of carrots....this will not be for you!

Didn't know it needed to be in the fridge =/
Not a bad hot sauce. It was more vinegar than straight heat but good on meats and cheesy items. Most of the hot sauces we have at home don't need to be in the fridge so was kinda shocked when this sported some major mold. Be warned! If this had the warning it was covered by a sticker.
