Finally an update on power bars
This was exactly what I was looking for. It is far superior to the ancient power twisters from back in the day. They really should stop selling those things! This one is sound from a physiological standpoint and has very good tension, right amount in my opinion. Too stiff and it’s bad for the joints. Too soft and it’s hard to get a good workout. It’s not made to be a power lifter so if you want that, just lift weights. This is made for bodybuilding. Works well with the typical poses. And it’s very good for the joints. I actually bought a second one to have around

Difficult to Get Accustomed To but Does as Advertised.
I was a little concerned after reading reviews about this item and the complaints about the spring being too stiff to bend. I was a little more relieved once I learned that the manufacturer would provide a weaker spring if requested. Personally, I had no problem using the device or getting the spring to bend in a manner that facilitates exercise despite the fact that I am disabled and have not been able to exercise for several years. I did deduct one star in the review as there is a learning curve to using the device as it pertains to all the exercises this device is advertised to facilitate. I'm a 6', 250lb male. I would caution most that the original spring that accompanies the unit may be difficult for many to bend. I hope the manufacturer continues to offer the weaker spring for those who will not be able to use the device. Having stated the above, I am pleased with the device.

Solid biceps and triceps strength equipments
Pretty solid home gym equipment. Extreme for beginners. But super strengthening after a week. It helps your muscles, relax and tight. Useful for everyday exercise. Use this with care since it may hurt due to springing back.

Waaayyyy too hard!!
I guess overall the product is nice however it is too hard to use for people that aren't that strong. I just wanted to add to exercise routine at home when I can't make it to the gym. Thought I could even just use for thighs but it was uncomfortable. Ended up giving to my 20 year old son.

Only men should use this
It’s really a good product but I don’t think it’s very good for women to use I tried it and I guess I’m too weak for it because I could not budge it so if you are weak person like me, your arms, I wouldn’t recommend buying it instead of returning it I just gave it to a friend so that he could use it

Out of the box review.
I'm just an average guy who intermittently starts to work out again when I start getting too fat or out of breath. 6'0 220 lbs. Out of the box this thing feels great for pectoral contraction and for the inner thigh muscles. Something to do while watching TV. Feels like it's quality made. Again this is an out of box review.

Cheap Junk, Weak Tension
Take my word for it, this is not going to help how you need it to. I don't life regularly or anything, I have 30lb resistance bands that have more tension than this thing, and this is supposed to be 110lb....no way at all. The company suggested I also buy another product of theirs instead of questioning why this one is not what it says it is....a "new" product that is supposed to be upgraded....please,... smh...the answer to why is your advertisement of 110lb false should not be to just but your other product instead...how many people have been ripped off with junk do you think? Will be resending, and most likely one of you will get a slightly used product that will sit in a returns warehouse for a while before it is reshipped as "new"..... God bless.

Some issues
Not made for regular person who works out every day. Made for body builder. I have lifted weights every day of my life since age 14. I can get 20 reps on this. The coil is beyond hard to bend. Structure ergonomically off. Hurts the wrist. I thought about refabricating the holds (bars) myself but it's not worth it. I put it in a bag and slid it under my bed until I can talk myself into tossing it out, I just spent the money, too fresh to toss. Working out packaging and time to take it to a UPS or wherever returns are taken would just piss me off. So, It'll sit until I throw it out in couple months.Edit:After writing my initial review the manufacturer reached out and offered to send me a lighter spring. Something easier to bend. . . I found that the best configuration for a workout that feels like you're making gaines is to have one of the original tough to bend springs and one light spring. It is an enjoyable workout that feels like a workout. However, I still feel like the way the holds are set up is ergonomically off. It is what it is. . . The manufacturer is very concerned with getting it right for the consumer and I appreciate that.
