Made very well and sturdy material / had to sand it down a bit to make it fit and it held together, i would repurchase item.

Little smaller than I thought but it works
I wanted glass but it was more than I wanted to spend. This was a fair deal for this antique lamp I bought my daughter. It arrived quick as well.

Light and durable.
I replaced an old glass globe in an outdoor lamp post. The old globe had a hole in the top to allow heat from incandescent bulbs to escape. The new one doesn't have that hole in the top, but we are using LED bulbs now anyway. It is hard to measure a sphere, but do so carefully when ordering. My 8" globe is a little smaller than the old globe, but it works.
