They don’t stay stuck down to your skin for very long so I’m having to keep sticking them down & they are hardly hanging on when I wake up.

Bought they along side the nose spray and only used for 1 night so far but my wife thinks I seemed to have been much quieter but not completely fixed. So it's a step in the right direction

These do help to dilate my nostrils.I chose the large size even though I don’t have a large nose, and they are fine.
