Negative reaction to supplement. Memory gaps suddenly experienced after taking supplement. I was very disappointed. I was really looking forward after reading the book detailing the benefits of this supplement.

I feel better taking them. Maybe more pep and I will need to take longer.

Did not see improvement in memory retention.
