Match Striker Paper With Adhesive Sticker - 40 Round and 20 Long Strikers

These strike strips work great, I was not expecting them to be superior to what’s on store bought matchboxes and am pleasantly surprised every time I strike a match on one. I make personalized matchboxes from upcycled items and these are perfect for my projects. They stay in place well, without having to use any other adhesive.

I have seen complaints that they do not last long, I counted. One rectangle strip lit 25 matches before I had to start looking for a spot to strike on. Considering the strip is about 1/3 the length of the strip on a box of 300 matches and there are two strips on the box, it takes 6 of these strips to equal the striking space on a box. Since you never get all 300 matches lit before the strikers wear out, these strikers and the ones on the box are about the same. 6 of these will light half a box of matches.I use these on pill bottles that I store wooden matches in. In case of a disaster, the matches will float and stay dry. My problem was finding something to stirike them on. Now I just stick one of these strips to every bottle.Round ones fit on top of the cap or on the bottom of the bottle . Rectangles fit on the side of the bottle.I use a box of matches to light my Woodstove .Striker strip on the box always wears out before I run out of matches, now I can add more striker strips.

Unlike some other products I've tried, these worked MUCH better. They adhered well over the worn out strike area on boxes etc. However, they did quickly wear out - specifically I got about 25-40 strikes before having to use a new sticker. Still the best of 3 different varieties I've tried.

These work well with regular match sticks. Applied to the bottom of a pill bottle and filled it up with matches.

Does what they claim to do! Adhesive is sticky, matches strike, sizing is as described! Can't complain.

Who needs antiques? How about making your own matchbox? An e,pty Altoids tin will work just fine! Just stick one of these striker papers on the bottom and you’re set to go! Want a crystal match holder for this living room for candles? One small glass is all you need and one of these on the bottom! Forget the $300 antique! I now have little match holders everywhere so I can light a candle with no trouble at all! Or I can burn incense in any room without hunting for a light. They are great!!
