Pure camp cheese fest but worth a watch I really enjoy it

I was genuinly surprised by this film, it is one of the better horror films i have seen with and added bonus that the main characters are all good looking and gay. However the film makers have not let gay element drive the film or detract from its essence, which is horror. Ok it's not the most blood thirsy film or nor does it have the most iniative death scenes but hey, that is so easy to do these days. What is does so well, that most modern horrors forget to do, is make you actully like the characters care what happens to them. Its not jsut gay sex filling in bewteen the death scenes (actually there is hardly any) its about friendship and coming to terms with who you are. the Death scenes are bruthel and sylishly done, the acting is good and script has well balanced hummour and all in all, it doesn't look, sound of feel, like a low budget fim. There were 6 of us watching it and i've lent it to other firends and every one loves it! Buy you will not regret it!

This is the first gay slasher film, and there you have the reason for all the 5* reviews methinks.I can't dive it any more then 3* and that's being a bit generous.Four gay guys go to a carnival and are attacked by a bloke in a devil mask.There......that's the plot dealt with.The acting and camerawork are generally good and there are a few good murder scenes but apart from the fact that it's guys in distress instead of girls it's all a bit predictable.And why noy give the killer a motive for goodness sake.I ploughed through this waiting for the great reveal, and then there was none.Is the killer just the ultimate homophobe?Thanks for nothing film makers.

Slasher movie aimed at a gay audience but as a straight guy I had no problem with it. The sex scenes are all very tame (BBFC rated 15) anyway. As a slasher it's Ok - big muscular guy with a devil's mask goes around decapitating young gay men. Much of the action takes place at a huge Halloween party in Hollywood, quite well done. Fellow die hard slasher fans such as myself should find some enjoyment out of this regardless of their sexuality.

I read some reviews somewhere which made this film out to be the worst ever made.It's not a materpiece, but it kept me entertained. Likes to make out that the gay thing is incidental, but it isn't.Good mindless fun.
