Great Choice
I chose this hot tub for size, the hydrojets on the sidewall, the numerous airjets, the seat, & the technology. It was a little nerve racking spending so much on the inflatable design but overall it was the best choice. In reading numerous reviews on inflatables I found the biggest regret was buying too small. This is really good for two adults in my opinion, but four is doable. My greatest surprise was how well the airjets massage the whole body...it feels incredible! There is a 2nd inner circle of airjets in the bottom middle that massages your legs & feet. If you sit just right against the wall the outer ring of airjets will massage your entire back, & then bring your arms to the sides to get the full effect. You'll have to sink low to get your neck & upper shoulder region but you can place your feet against the opposite seat to hold you down so you don't float upwards. The hydrojets are good for the areas needing pressure, which uses the same pump as the heater so the heat shuts off when the hydrojets are in use. I use the airjets first so the water continues to heat, then I use the hydrojets to finish the job (can't use both at the same time.) Keep it at 104 degrees due to mild fluctations while in use, & keep the lid on when not in use. The lighted jets can replace any hydrojet hole, & I placed them where I felt the jets would be used less often as the stream has less power. The picture with the lid off shows tiny bubbles as I had just turned off the airjets (initially I was concerned as I thought maybe it was a chemical imbalance.) I bought a 1 inch thick mat (comes in 24" puzzle pieces) for protection & support. Make sure you get enough mat to go under the pump as the pump must align for plumbing lines. I set up my 10'x10' tent with weights to protect from the weather as the lid dips down & collects rainwater, & the tent is large enough to also cover the electronics. The plugin is huge & will not fit any ordinary outside electric box so you will need an electrician to install a proper outlet on the exterior wall of your house (see last picture.) You can use an extension cord (keep the plugin high & dry) until you can get this done, but that is not a permanent solution regarding safety concerns. The manufacturer video shows a woman setting up the tub. She must have been a bodybuilder because I could not have done this without my husband, who is very strong. I have concerns about this manufacturer when the time comes for pump replacement or repairs of any sort, but I chose to take the risk because there was no way I could afford a hard shell hot tub, and they appear no less reliable than the rest of the inflatable tub manufacturers. As popular as the inflatable hot tub is now, I hope all manufacturers will continue to make needed improvements. Also, my husband is a master mechanic so I leave it in his good hands to solve any problems. I'm lucky in this way that I can make what I feel is a somewhat risky financial venture. You may contemplate a cheaper/smaller model for less financial risk, but the reward will not be as satisfactory, in my opinion. This has been the best decision I have made for my well being in a long time. I hope it lasts!...and so does my cat!

Great Product bad Amazon seller
Do not purchase from Heartland Mercantile Exchange. Check before you buy.Look at the manufacturing date!!!We purchased the spa on 1/6/2024. The 12/2021.The pool although brand new is 2years old. What happens to rubber and vinyl over time? That’s right it breaks down.Needless to say, 1 month outside the liner warranty (which is 6 months) something broke, see black rubber gasket/hose piece of some sort and now water is trapped between the exterior wall and interior wall.Tub will not hold water as you can see and air is escaping out of the jets.We called Bestway the manufacturer and have submitted a warranty claim but have basically been told it is out of warranty.Fyi you can purchase an extended warranty directly from bestway……. Wish we had.

Meeting expectations so far
Bought this tub specifically because it came with both air and hydro jets. To my surprise it has built in seats all around so no need to purchase any. Very comfortable. Comes with headrest as well. Big enough to stretch out. Jets are soothing, heat feels good. Worth the money

Hard to believe…
So….I never really thought I’d drop a grand for an inflatable hot tub. I kind of thought a cheesy way of trying to have one. I got convinced because my wife and one of my co workers have told me that some of their friends had ones that they got from Costco. I started researching because I wanted something a little bigger than those. I found this one and pulled the trigger and ordered it. YouTube is your friend when it comes to set up. It is easy but the instructions are pretty vague. I believe I had a faulty pump and bright it up with the seller and they sent me a new one. So far…I love this thing. I have it set in my garage where the average temp is between 30-40 degrees. I have it set to 104 and I have been able to sit in it with the HydroJet and bubbles going with no issue of it getting to cool to sit in. It’s super sturdy and all in all I can’t really believe how much I have been enjoying this thing.

Always enjoyable!!!
Took a chance on an inflatable hot tub and I made the right decision. It helps a lot with the pain in my lower back and hips. I go out early morning and late at night. I highly recommend this hot tub. It takes a while to get to temp ,but it stays there once it gets there. I keep it running all winter. it will usually stay at 104' in 20'-0'. Today the wind chill was -45 and temp was -18. water temp was 85'. No, I didn't go out today ,but I do when its 20' and the warth is wonderful! Worth the money!
