It is good for what I wanted
I am using it in the bathroom as a scoop for my Epsom salt. I have not had any issues with it

Scoop was scratched. Otherwise, it would have been really cute.
This was scratched when I got it, and I doubt it occurred in transit because the box was heavily packaged with bubble wrap.

Small, cheap, and not worth more than $1
This scoop is SMALL. The actual measurements are 6.5" including the handle. The "bucket" portion of the scoop is about 3.25" long, 2" wide, and 1.5" deep. If using as a candy scoop, M&Ms, and other tiny candies would be the only thing you can scoop with this. Ice cream WILL cause it to break, so don't bother. Mine also came scratched like someone tossed it down their paved driveway before putting it into the box.
