I am trying to replace this item but the option doesn't work. It shows like the replacement request has been registered but no progress or further tracking available.However, product quality looks good.

For regular day to day use it's fine. I used it on the watch while doing an OCR race, got banged up pretty bad. Also this thing is a finger print magnet. But the touch response is not that bad.

Good overall protection and functionality.Perfect fit for venu 2.Touch works perfectly awa the side buttons.Main issue is it totally destroys the looks.It looks bulky and with the display off it looks like a toy watch. I think if you are wearing it for outdoor use better use a screen guard. But use this during workout as it will definitely give a hell of a protection.

Update: 13 Aug:The color started peeling off in 10 days. Not done for a Rs. 600 accessory. With the return window closed, stuck with the product. Considering looks are equally important won't recommend you buy.Original Review:Good overall protection. Adds bulk but keeps your smartwatch protected from bumps and scratches. Provides screen protection as well. Screen touch and buttons function well even with the case. Screen brightness takes a minor hit.I have used a bumper only earlier. Needed to use a seperate screen guard. Also button touch was difficult. This one takes care of the drawbacks.The only con I see is the price. At 600 bucks is a tad expensive.
