A bit concerning is that the B12 seal was already open, so I am hoping that the tablets inside are indeed B12 and not anything else or contaminated so I am reluctant to use and will throw away the contents. Attached is a picture of what was received on opening the lid..

Misleading product for my 2nd time purchase
When I first purchased this B12, I got 1500mcg witg 365 tablets for £9.99.I was happy with the product so I purchased again without looking. I hadn't noticed they seller changed the product to 1000mcg with 60 tablets for the same price at £9.99.It's very misleading. Id definitely read the description more carefully when shopping on Amazon next time.

Bowel movements affected
B12 might be prescribed for those who don't eat meat or simply suffer from hairloss ( B12 deficiency). I do not doubt those cute tiny ( they do really look very little and are easy to swallow) tablets would benefit my health, beaty , and energy strength but I had to quit taking them as I started experiencing problems with my number 2 ( constipation ).
