Great little vacuum with a twist
Used one time and sent back. Did a really good job but like others said the hose twists up so bad it can't move around. I thought, oh it can't be that bad but it takes longer to untwist the hose than it does to use it. It says swivel, but doesn't actually swivel, it's very bendy but that doesn't keep it from twisting up.

Update! BIG ISSUE! REVISED Great pool cleaner!
UpdateThere is one BIG problem with the vaccuum, the side clips that hold the cover in place are now slipping and when you lift the vaccuum out of the pool, everything the vaccuum just picked up falls back into the pool!If this issue was corrected or if you could buy new side clips and replace as they are worn it would be an amazing product!This pool vacuum is easy to use right out of the box! It picks up amazing and very easy to clean after vacuuming! Would definitely buy this product again!

Cord tangles relatively quickly.
The product description states floating swivel cord. The power cord tangled so tightly that the 3 hour cleaning cycle couldn't be completed.It may have a swivel cord but it doesn't function properly.

Easy to use and does a good job .

On of the cheapest and best cleaners on the market.
It cleans my 16x32 ingound in about 30 minutes. Simple design should last for years.
