To be such a small hand help massager, it is powerful. It has 6 speeds. It really helped my husband after he had surgery and therapy on his hand. The ball at the end is cushioned and the perfect size to cup in the palm. Rechargeable so I don't have to worry about replacing the batteries all the time. I can charge it overnight and it will last at least 2 days. Using it several times a day.

I like the shape as it fits my hand and I can get to specific tight muscles in my shoulders and neck because it is spherical. My only complaint is the controls are difficult to operate. Switches would be better than pressing on icons, that quickly fade. It is very powerful and works well though.

I got this product to use on my neck and shoulders. It does the job. The thing I don't like as much is how it wobbles when pressure is applied. It still works sufficiently. Thank you

Bought it for my tight neck muscles. Holds a charge reasonably well and can’t beat the price. I’d like the power to be a bit stronger. The neck of the device bends a bit if I try to press for a deeper massage. But it’s pretty good and decent value for money.*** 4 weeks in - won’t hold a charge. I’ve had to send it back.
