Q: will they scratch glass

anything can scratch glass, if you are wanting to remove paint, or something sticky from glass, hold it at an angle to the glass and you should be ok.

Q: Where are these made?

They are made in China and they were very poor quality. The leading edge surface was very irregular rendering them useless.

Q: can i get a measurement between slots and from edge

Slots 7/8" from each end, 9/32" wide 1 9/16" between blades neasure 3 29/32" long

Q: do you know the thickness?

No. But, they fit into the scraper I got at Ace Hardware & the one from Home Depot. They seemed sturdier than the 5 pack of blades I bought with the scrapers as well.
