I used this at night, there was no spills. I was able to collect a bunch of milk but after removing it, my breasts would be itchy. I tried a couple more times and same thing so I think it's the silicone.. if it weren't for the itchy feeling after use, I'd give it a 5 star review all around. It's easy to clean, easy to slip in your bra, easy to use, but that itchy feeling after use is not great. I do have sensitive skin so maybe that's got something to do with it also but during this stage your breasts are already super sensitive so.. Hopefully this helps others.

This is really only a breast milk catcher, NOT a pump. I like it for that intended use, but I feel those considering this purchase should know.

They used to suction pretty well but now they don’t really. Quite hard to clean. I really enjoyed them but wish I could’ve got more use out of them.

Very large, doesn’t fit in all bras. Definitely noticeable when wearing

The suction didn’t work for me, I had to buy the ladybug from haakaa which I was trying to avoid because it is very expensive compared to this one
